Jason is originally from Newark, OH and moved to Northern Kentucky in 1994. He attended
Newark Catholic High School and the University of Cincinnati where he earned a BS
degree in Marketing and Management in 1994. He has been married to Robin since 1995
and their family consists of 3 daughters, Payton, Camryn and Madelyn and a son,
Nathan.
Jason is a seasoned Mortgage Professional with over 10 years of experience in the
industry and more than 400 million dollars in closings, and has more than three
years experience as a regional manager overseeing the Fischer Homes South Division.

Paul has over 30 years experience in Banking and Mortgage Lending, is a native of
Northern Kentucky, graduate of Newport Catholic, and a graduate of Northern Kentucky
University. Paul has worked in many facets of the Banking and Mortgage lending business.
He has worked in Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, and Mortgage Lending. He
has worked as management, completed appraisals, received underwriting designations,
worked in Secondary market functions, and origination of loans. With his knowledge
he is able to guide his customers through the maze of mortgage products to help

Steve joined the team at Victory Mortgage, LLC in November of 2004. He was President
and owner of his own mortgage company from October 1998 until accepting his current
position with Victory Mortgage. He began in the industry in 1993 as a Loan Officer,
where he worked his way to the position of General Manager before starting his own
company.
Although born in Middletown Ohio, he spent most of his life in eastern Kentucky.
He attended Breathitt County High School and graduated college in 1987 from Morehead
State University where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and
Tight End for Morehead State's football team.
Steve relocated to the Cincinnati area after college and worked in related financial
fields before beginning his career in the mortgage industry in 1993. He is happily
married and has two wonderful children.

After graduating from college with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Computer
Information Systems from Western Kentucky University Jason spent five years with
a professional consulting firm. From there Jason joined one of the top mortgage
companies in the region as a Mortgage Banker where he went on to became a Production
Manager after years of successfully helping his clients realize their home finance
goals. Jason has since joined Victory Mortgage to be a part of their continued success
in mortgage lending.
Jason has extensive experience in working with every aspect of the mortgage industry.
This experience has been a benefit to his clients by helping them develop the right
loan program for them. Through his consultative approach he believes that listening
and understanding each individuals needs are the key to a successful client relationship.
Jason and his wife Stacy have been happily married since 2002 and currently have
a beautiful daughter named Katelyn.

Bob moved to Milford in 1974. After high school, he attended the University of Cincinnati
where he received his Associates Degree in Business Administration.
His first five years after college, he spent as a journeyman lineman working with
various power companies. This enabled him to work at various locations along the
Gulf Coast. After his time as a lineman, he moved into the automobile industry where
he spent the next eighteen years. Since much of his time was spent caring for the
financial side of business, it made for an easy transition into the mortgage profession
in 1998.
Bob is very active in the Milford, Ohio community, including coaching youth sports
for over 20 years. Currently he serves as President for the Milford Youth Baseball
Association. He has been married for over 14 years and has one son.

Born and raised in Harrison Ohio, Mike attended the University of Cincinnati where
he graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Mike and his wife Marita enjoy spending time with their family, Alyssa (13), Justin
(11) and Joshua (7 months).
